For many years now McConnell Properties has been large scale fabricators of architectural steel work such as shade structures. Our fabrications form part of the finished product and have been exported throughout SE Asia, UAE, USA & Japan.
Applications include car park shade, alfresco dining, resort shade, large awnings and venue covers.

Longitude 131°, fifteen luxury tents set on an isolated sand dune close to the border of Uluru – Kata Tjuta National Park, Australia. For this project, Shade Structures Birdair contracted McConnell Properties to fabricated the metal work & installation.
Booval Fair Shopping Centre (Fabricated the metal work for Skyspan) & Kawana Shopping Town Carpark (Fabricated the metal work & installed for Shade Structures Birdair), to shade almost 500 vehicles.
