Maclock Fence Bracket
SERIES – 2 For Continuous Rails

2. Fix the Maclock Fence Bracket Series 2 to the post at the correct level. (A temporary nail holding the bracket in place will allow adjustment of rail level before final fixing of the bracket.) Nail the bracket to the post using Drivegrip Spiral Nails (3.75mm (0.15″) x 40mm (1.57″) for hardwood and Woodgrip Nails for treated pine).

3. Once the Maclock Fence Brackets are secured to the posts the fixing of rail can commence. Rail joints should be made in the centre of the fence bracket. Using the holes provided drive nails from both top and bottom sides of the bracket to firmly secure the rails.

Bracket Sizes: For 100mm (4″), 95mm (3.7″), 90mm (3.5″), 75mm (3″) and 70mm (2.8″) rails

Bracket Material: Pre-galvanised Grade 550 High Tensile Steel
Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel

Bracket Thickness: 1mm (0.04″)

Nails for Brackets: Drivegrip Spiral Nails – 3.75mm (0.15″) x 40mm (1.57″) = hardwood.
Woodgrip Nails – 2.85mm (0.11″) x 30mm (1.18″) = for treated pine.

Bracket Usage: Type R = for Round Posts
Type S = for Square Posts
